iFiX ROM respects intellectual-property rights and expects users and contributors to do the same. We do not knowingly authorize the distribution of material that infringes copyright, trademarks, software licences, or other legal rights.
Submitting a notice
A rights holder or authorized representative may send a clear takedown request identifying the protected work, the exact URL of the material, contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, and a statement that the information supplied is accurate. Include a physical or electronic signature where required by applicable law.
Review and response
We may remove or restrict access while reviewing a complete notice, contact the uploader or supplier, request additional evidence, and terminate repeat infringers. False or abusive notices may have legal consequences.
